	name that computer!
	I am typing this from the local Starbucks. Still getting used to the very wee keyboard. In particular, I keep hitting the up arrow instead of "Shift," the 9 instead of i, and 0 instead of o. But I'll get used to it. In any event, the little bugger needs a name. I'm leaning toward Scout II, since Scout was the name of my 1977 Ford Pinto, which was the same color as this little guy, but that's kinda dull. I'm open to suggestions from y'all. So suggest away! I suggested "Baby Blue" since it IS baby (or powder) blue, but

kradical looked pained at the thought...

2) Majel (tho in fairness, I've used that for one of mine .. even have the "soundset" so "window opening" and "key presses" produce MR "sounds"
3) "Q" (I have the same userid as "Q" did on SG-1. I'm so proud)

Scout, of course, makes me think of To Kill a Mockingbird. Which reminds me of my personal pet peeve of people naming their daughters 'Scout' (I'm looking at you, Demi Moore!) when Scout was the character's nickname.

Name the computer Jean Louise, and give a cookie to anyone who gets the reference.

Might be a bit long, but how about "The Sky's the Limit", which would be a refernce to one of the books you were in, to the color of the computer and hopefully the success of your writing career. :)
