Started a new Cassie Zukav story today, which is good, as it's due this weekend. It's called "I Believe I'm Sinkin' Down," and, like the previous Cassie story to be published ("Ragnarok and Roll"), it will be in one of Deborah Grabien's Tales from the House Band anthologies, in this case the upcoming second volume.
I've already written 2260 words of the story, which has 1812 approached by an older rock musician who needs a new backup band. Really enjoying writing this, my fourth Cassie story (I've also written one for the upcoming Bad-Ass Faeries 4: It's Elemental anthology), and look forward to writing more. :)
