Yesterday, I did the final revisions on "I Believe I'm Sinkin' Down" and sent them off to debg. Fates willing, and the creek don't rise, it'll be in Tales from the House Band Volume 2 some time either this or next year, I forget. I'm just a writer, I can't keep track of this shit....

Anyhow, today is finally-clean-the-fucking-desk-so-I-can-find-all-my-receipts-which-are-buried-under-all-the-crap-on-my-desk-and-sort-them-into-a-meaningful-fashion-to-make-my-accountant's-life-easier day. I'm pausing right now to update the Internet on my life (for which, I am sure, the Internet remains mostly indifferent) and marvel at what it's like to sit at a desk I can see the surface of. Then I walk the dog, take a lunch break, and dive back into it................
