I've written a whole lot of novels, novellas, short stories, eBooks, comic books, and nonfiction, most of them in various media tie-in universes: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Command and Conquer, Doctor Who, Farscape, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda, Magic: The Gathering, Marvel Comics, Resident Evil, Serenity, Star Trek, StarCraft, Supernatural, World of Warcraft, Xena, and Young Hercules. I've also done a novel, Dragon Precinct, and several short stories in my own original fantasy universe.
I'm also an editor, both of dozens of anthologies (most recently Doctor Who: Short Trips: The Quality of Leadership, Star Trek: Tales of the Dominion War, Star Trek: Tales from the Captain's Table, and Imaginings: An Anthology of Long Short Fiction) and several book lines (the Marvel Comics novels published by Berkley from 1994-2000, the monthly Star Trek eBook line published by Pocket from 2000-2008).
Musically, I'm a percussionist, currently with the parody band, the Boogie Knights. I've also played on stage and/or in the studio with the Don't Quit Your Day Job Players, David Honigsberg, Steve Rosenhaus, and the Randy Bandits.
