I have fallen in love...

...with the British show Primeval. I was recording it on the DVR on BBC America, but hadn't gotten round to watching it until tonight.

I adore the show. I even made a Rex icon (I love Rex, he's adorable). The writing is clever and smart, the CGI is amazing, and the science at least is vaguely plausible sounding.

Also: Lucy Brown is gorgeous and Andrew-Lee Potts's Connor is magnificently geeky, and the entire cast is just wonderful. The show has a real Jonny Quest vibe, actually. Cutter is Dr. Quest, Stephen is Race Bannon, Connor and Abby are Jonny and Hadji, and Rex is Bandit.

Also, is it me, or does James Murray (Stephen) look a lot like Rob and/or Chad Lowe?
