pleasedIt's already been announced that Farscape is being rereleased on DVD. It'll have all the features that were on the Starburst editions, plus some new stuff, including the big announcement at the tenth anniversary panel: "Farscape Undressed," a special that aired only once on Sci-Fi and has never been seen since, not even any of the other DVD sets, will be on this new set. The release date is 17 November, and the suggested retail price is a very cheap $150. The design is also very nice.
At the Farscape comics panel, editor Ian Brill announced that, once Gone and Back is completed, Farscape will become a monthly title rather than a series of miniseries. This doesn't change much -- we'll still be doing four-issue arcs, and the schedule is still the same -- but it shows that BOOM! is committed to this going on for the foreseeable future. And that's due to the huge response by the readership. So thanks, readers! *grin*
