FIELD SOBRIETY TESTS #1

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recommends police administer three "Standardized Field Sobriety Tests" to assess whether individuals are under the influence of drugs or drink. Failure of all three tests has been shown to correlate highly with a blood alcohol concentration over the limit: 0.08g/1,000 millilitres.

WALK-AND-TURN--Suspect is asked to take nine steps heel-to-toe on a line, turn on one foot, and return in the same manner. Using arms to balance, taking an incorrect number of steps, beginning before instructions are finished, etc., are considered signs of impairment.

I get to vote!

One of the cool things about being a comics creator again is that I can vote in the Eisner Awards. I just got to put in my votes for the Hall of Fame. Eligible comics creators can vote for up to four people among the nominees (who are listed here).

It's the little things...........
