melancholyToday is also the sixth anniversary of the death of my dear friend Rabbi David Honigsberg. David was one of my closest friends, we were in a band together, and I still miss him terribly. I wish he'd lived to see me and Wrenn become a couple (he was friends with Wrenn, also -- one of dozens and dozens of people who knew us both separately before we met in 2009 -- and I think he would've been very happy to see us together).
