a nice review of Baker Street Irregulars
The fine folks at Kirkus Reviews have published a review of Baker Street Irregulars, the alternative Sherlock Holmes anthology edited by Michael A. Ventrella & Jonathan Maberry, which has a story in it by me!

Best of all is that the reviewer singled my story out as one of the best ones! Money quote:
In the three most successful stories, Beth W. Patterson makes Holmes an unusually reflective parrot, David Gerrold festoons his cyber-Holmes and -Watson with some hilarious acronyms, and Keith R.A. DeCandido scores with a surprisingly faithful update of one of Conan Doyle’s most treasured tales.

I was about to ask if you'd have it at Farpoint, but I see at the bottom of the review that the book's not out until the end of March.

Of course, there's a voice in the back of my head saying, "But you don't need any more Sherlock Holmes books; you have them in three of the apartment's five rooms..." (The bathroom and kitchen have no bookshelves, for obvious reasons.) I don't listen to that voice very often. :)

Yeah, the book's official debut will be at HELIOsphere in March, which David Gerrold, Michael Ventrella, Hildy Silverman, and I will all be guests at (and some other contributors may show up for the launch party as well....).
